FAQ
Question:
"What is an album subscription?"
Answer:
Zack Orr developed the idea of an album subscription specifically for the Francisco the Man album. With this system, subscribers will receive all twelve songs via a monthly email message containing a download link to that month's song.
Question:
"What's the difference between the "Album Subscription" and "Deluxe Album Subscription" options?
Answer:
The "Album Subscription" includes all twelve songs e-mailed to you as they become available monthly. This is an entirely digital (mp3) format.
The "Deluxe Album Subscription" includes the "Album Subscription," plus bonus material, and a hard copy of Francisco the Man shipped to subscribers in early 2008.
Question:
"I want the full album now. I don't want to wait until early 2008 for all of the songs. Is there any way I can bypass the monthly subscription process?"
Answer:
No. Francisco the Man is twelve songs that coincide with the twelve months in a year. The album subscription process is meant to help fans experience the album in a different way than a normal cd release. Not until the song cycle is finished in April 2008 will the full version of the album be available for direct purchase.
Question:
"Why shouldn't I just wait until 2008 to buy the whole album at once?"
Answer:
Come on kids. Don't be scared to try something new just because it's different. I bet more and more artists will adopt this method of music distribution in the future. Be a pioneer. |
